Keto Chicken Broccoli Casserole



This Keto Chicken Broccoli Casserole is a flavorful and comforting dish that's perfect for meal prep. Packed with protein and low in carbs, it's a satisfying meal option for those following a keto lifestyle. Make ahead and freeze for convenient meals anytime!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper

Mix well

Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish

Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top

Once baked, let it cool slightly before serving
