Instant Pot Ravioli Lasagna
This is a quick and tasty Instant Pot recipe for Ravioli Lasagna that tastes like traditional lasagna but is easier to make because it uses ravioli. Great for a quick dinner during the week!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can 24 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to "Saut" mode and break up the ground beef into crumbles as it browns
Put in the minced garlic and chopped onions
Saut until the onions get soft
Tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper should be added now
Combine well
Off the "Saut" mode
Spread out the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce
Place the lid back on top of the Instant Pot and turn it on to "Manual
" Cook for 6 minutes on high pressure
After it's done, quickly let the pressure out and carefully open the lid
The ravioli should have mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of them
Leave the lid off for a while to let the cheese melt
Serve the Instant Pot Ravioli Lasagna with fresh basil leaves on top
