Thai Style Burger



Experience the flavors of Thailand in this delicious Thai Style Burger. Spiced with chili, cilantro, and a zesty lime-infused patty, it's a perfect fusion of Thai cuisine and classic American burgers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Sliced red onion
  • Sriracha mayo for spreading

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cilantro, minced garlic, and chopped chili pepper

In a separate bowl, mix fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice

Add this mixture to the beef mixture and combine well

Form the mixture into 4 burger patties

Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat

Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness

While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster

Spread Sriracha mayo on the toasted burger buns

Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, red onion slices, and a cooked patty on each bun

Serve hot and enjoy your Thai Style Burger!
